Full Building Survey
This involves a comprehensive inspection of the property and the report will describe in detail the method of construction, state of repair and likely future maintenance requirements. It is difficult to generalise because each property is different and there may be problems with accessibility to parts we need to inspect but in the majority of cases a report will include helpful advice on how to overcome existing difficulties with the building and its services.
